Government Investigations & Government Employee Representation

We represent government employees involved in investigations ranging from internal investigations conducted by an inspector general to high-profile congressional investigations.

We also represent private individuals and companies being investigated by government regulators, with a particular focus on complex financial matters, including representing both witnesses and targets in SEC and CFTC investigations.

We understand the intense personal and professional pressures that a government investigation can cause. We work to provide responsive, knowledgeable, and empathic representation to our clients throughout an investigation.
