Civil Litigation & Arbitration
We represent individuals and companies in complex civil disputes. We work closely with our clients to ensure they receive strategic advice, and to tailor our strategy to their goals. We seek to resolve disputes efficiently, finding creative solutions to avoid prolonged litigation when possible. But when trial is necessary, we are ready.
We have represented clients in numerous federal and state courts, including courts in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Massachusetts. We also represent clients in arbitration proceedings, and have successfully handled matters filed with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), JAMS, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
